My Breathwork classes incorporate the elements of shamanism, alchemy and medicine to guide you through a transformative inner world journey. Our experience will be enhanced with the essence of Frankincense by ingesting a drop of the food grade Ygeia Frankincense oil just before we breathe.

About the event
Klein Leeukop Estate Entrance is on Bisschop Road
Please arrive 15 minutes early to get yourself settled in and bring a Yoga mat, a light blanket, some water and wear comfortable clothing and remember to try not eat a big meal at least 2 hours prior to the session.
