Our Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our offerings, which include digital programs and live sessions all purchases are considered final.

We do not offer refunds once online payment has been made.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel within 24 hours before your appointment and your account will be credited. After 24 hours notice, this amount is not refundable.

We reserve the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
