Each engagement is entered with care and intention, and held as a living process rather than a series of appointments.

How The Work Unfolds
Engagement begins with a single consultation, offering space to sense resonance and determine what is appropriate. From there, a pathway may emerge, guided by the nature of what is being addressed and the depth of work required. For some, this remains a singular meeting. For others, it becomes a longer journey of integration and realignment.

As a medical doctor, my orientation to physical dysfunction rests on the understanding that what manifests in the body reflects a deeper imbalance at the level of the soul. The work is therefore directed toward restoring coherence at that level, allowing the body, psyche, and life to reorganise naturally in alignment, while supporting the body in way that is most aligned to its naturally functioning.

My methodology is integrative and intuitive, shaped by years of experience across multiple disciplines. I draw from the tools of integrative and functional medicine, conscious connected breathwork, homeopathy, kinesiology, shamanic and psychic medicine, transpersonal counselling, and oracular vision. What is brought forward in each session arises from what the moment, and the person, calls for.
