Foundations
This is the foundational path of the School.
A grounded, initiatory course for women who are awakening their intuitive capacities and feel the responsibility to hold themselves, their lives, and eventually others, with more conscious presence.
​
This is not a course to turn you into 'a Medicine Woman'. It is about learning to Become the Medicine you are through inhabiting the body, the nervous system, the relational field, and the intuitive senses with maturity and discernment.
​
Here, intuition is not elevated above body awareness.
Healing is not separated from discipline and responsibility.
And power is not accessed without embodied ethics.

The Foundations course prepares women to:

Trust their intuitive perception without bypassing the body

Work with sensation, emotion, and awareness as sources of information

Develop energetic and relational boundaries

Recognise the difference between sensitivity and attunement

Begin embodying their medicine rather than performing it

The Sanctum is the space of community connection for the School.
It exists partly to keep women informed, oriented and connected, but allows for deeper participation, with a supplementary field of supportive content, teaching, embodiment practices and more.
​
Through the sanctum, we are able to further support women toward ongoing reflection, and sacred integration with everyday living.
​
The community itself is a force, shaped through shared process, depth, and devotion, where friendships, collaborations, and mutual support arise consciously and with integrity.
Together, we learn to relate in true intimacy and authenticity, to listen deeply, to meet ourselves and one another with honesty, and to grow in discernment and self-trust.​​

Sacred Leadership

The path is not always easy, it isn't meant to be. It asks us to meet all of self in full honesty and acceptance, to cultivate discipline of being, to serve not only our own ascension but also the healing of all sentient beings. It is a place of initiation, where the mysteries of consciousness are studied, embodied and lived, where we call on our own gnosis, and forge our own sovereignty.

We come here to open our hearts wider, to learn intimacy, joy, and contentment as sacred practices. We learn to heal ourselves, and in doing so, to radiate healing for others. We begin to understand what it means to live every moment in alignment with the sacred.​
