As women, serving others often comes at the expense of learning to steward our own energy and well-being.

We learn how to achieve, perform and care for others, yet few of us are ever taught how to cultivate the inner capacities required to lead from embodied wisdom, clear discernment and the genuine presence excavated through self mastery and authenticity.

Medicine Woman Foundations is a nine-month developmental journey for women who are called to guide, heal and lead.
It is designed to cultivate emotional resilience, embodied intuition, clear discernment and a sacredly rooted relationship with yourself, others and life itself.

This programme develops the qualities of being that become the foundation of authentic leadership, skillful facilitation and sustainable service.

Because of the depth of this container, applicants must have done some personal work already, no prior healing qualifications or experience is required.

Rather than asking you to adopt a particular philosophy, modality or identity, Medicine Woman Foundations develops your capacity to listen, discern and respond to your own unfolding as a carrier of Medicine.

Whether your path is as a healer, coach, therapist, leader, oracle, educator or something yet unnamed, the work is not to impose a system upon you, but to cultivate the inner qualities that allow your authentic medicine to emerge with integrity, clarity and wisdom.

Before you enter
This training is delivered primarily online and requires a steady commitment to live sessions, as well as responsibility for engaging with recordings when attendance is not possible. The work unfolds through continuity, presence, and self-led accountability.
​
You will be guided through home-based practices and assignments that are essential for integration, embodiment, and the cultivation of inner stability. These practices prepare you not only to understand the work intellectually, but to hold space for others from lived experience.
This programme is both an education and a personal journey.
As your capacity grows, your own patterns, beliefs, relationships and inherited stories may also come into awareness.
This is a natural part of the process.
We cannot guide another where we have not first been willing to walk ourselves.
